I'm curious: Why do you want a checklist in Notes instead of just a series of Steps?

A manual version of this is currently possible by starting lines with...
- [x] Completed - [ ] To be done
...which displays them as clickable checkboxes (see the Help Guide on Notes). But it would be nice if these were managed properly, allowing drag & drop to reorder list items, etc.
For this to make sense, it might end up being necessary to add a title field to notes, separate from the content. Because if a checklist is replacing the content, it probably needs a title to give it some context.
