HelpGuides › Adding Nach to your phone's home screen

Adding Nach to your phone or tablet's home screen is super easy, and saves you having to type in nachapp.com when you want to use the web app.

Follow our guides below for either Android or iOS devices (iPad / iPhone).

  • Open up Google Chrome on your phone or tablet, and visit nachapp.com.
  • Sign in to the app, and navigate to the page which you want the shortcut to take you to (we'd recommend the To-Do List).
  • Click the 3-dotted "menu" icon in the top right of the browser (you may have to swipe down if it isn't already displaying).
  • From the browser's menu, select Add to home screen.
  • A form will appear confirming confirming the action. Use the Title field to customise the name as it will appear on your home screen.
  • Press Add when you are done.
  • That's it! It may take up to a minute to download everything, but the Nach icon will soon appear on your home screen. Clicking it will launch your web browser straight to the page which you selected.
  • As with any other app icon, you can long-press the icon to reposition or remove it from your home screen.
  • Note: Using Google Chrome on Android is the recommended method, instead of the default stock browser, as it includes several features that will improve your overall experience - such as removing the browser interface, so Nach behaves like a native app. You can download it free from the Play Store.
  • Open up the Android web browser, and visit nachapp.com.
  • Sign in to the app, and navigate to the page which you want the shortcut to take you to (we'd recommend the To-Do List).
  • Click the 3-dotted "menu" icon in the top right of the browser (you may have to swipe down if it isn't already displaying).
  • From the browser's menu, select Save to bookmarks.
  • A form will appear confirming the bookmark. You can use the Label field to customise the name as it will appear on your home screen.
  • From the list of choices on the Add to field, change it from Bookmarks to Home screen.
  • Press OK when you're finished.
  • That's it! It may take up to a minute to download everything, but the Nach icon will soon appear on your home screen. Clicking it will launch your web browser straight to the page which you selected.
  • As with any other app icon, you can long-press the icon to reposition or remove it from your home screen.
  • Launch the Safari web browser app, and visit nachapp.com.
  • Sign in to the app, and navigate to the page which you want the shortcut to take you to (we'd recommend the To-Do List).
  • Click the Share button in the bottom-middle of the screen (a box with an arrow coming out of it). You may have to tap the page if it isn't already visible.
• From the list of sharing options that appears, choose Add to Home Screen.
  • The Add to Home page will appear, which gives you an option to customise the name as it appears on your home screen.
